    Add oil, shallots and garlic to wok cook until slightly browned

    Add in peppers

    Add beef and cook until almost fully cooked

    Add in soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce

    Sprinkle on sugar and combine

    Add in a large handful of Basil and mix together
