- 1
In a bowl, whisk together 2 limes juiced, 1 orange juiced, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Timer: 3m - 2
Pour the marinade over 1 1/2 lb flat iron steak in a resealable bag or dish, coating well.

Marinate for 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Don’t go longer, the lime will screw up the meat.

Heat a cast iron or skillet to high temp.
- 5
Cook steak on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until medium rare.
Timer: 5m - 6
Set that aside to rest at least 5 minutes, reduce heat. Add a little more olive oil and cook the bell peppers and onions in the pan until soft or whatever you like.
Timer: 5m - 7
Serve on flour tortillas.
