Apple-Orange Cranberry Sauce
A variation on the traditional cranberry sauce, this flavorful blend is excellent with poultry or almost any meat, hot or cold. It can be made a day in advance and refrigerated in a covered container.Ingredients

(500g)apple1 whole, tart variety such as Granny Smith, pippin or McIntosh
(1g)fresh cranberries3 cup
(375g)sugar1 1/4 cup
(310g)ground cinnamon1/2 tsp
(2.5g)ground cloves1/4 tsp
(0.6g)
