    Prepare the corn ribs by cutting each corn ear in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half again lengthwise to create thin rib-like pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

    Brush the corn ribs with melted butter on both sides and season with salt and black pepper.

    Place the corn ribs on the grill, cut-side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes until you see nice char marks. Flip and grill the other side for another 5-7 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
